• Identity Information: Name, surname and, where required by legislation, Turkish identity number, foreign identity number or passport number,
• Contact Information: Email address, telephone number and communication preferences,
• Reservation Information: Journey date and time, pickup and destination locations, vehicle class, passenger details and reservation history,
• Payment Transaction Information: Payment amount, payment method, billing details and transaction records,
• Transaction Security Information: IP address, log records, device and browser information, access date and time.

3. Purposes of Use

The information collected is used for creating the membership account, verifying identity, creating and managing reservations, performing transportation services, enabling communication between the driver and passenger, processing payments and issuing invoices, providing customer support, ensuring security and fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Protection of Credit Card Information and Payment Security

All payments made through Voyest are processed via the infrastructure of iyzico, a payment institution licensed by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye (BRSA/BDDK).

• Card details entered on the payment page are transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption technology.
• Your credit card details are not stored on Voyest servers; payment transactions are processed by iyzico in accordance with international PCI-DSS security standards.
• 3D Secure verification may be used for payments.
• Pre-authorization, capture and refund transactions are carried out exclusively through the payment institution; Voyest personnel have no access to your card details.

5. Sharing of Information

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable legislation, with the drivers and carriers performing the service, with payment institutions for the processing of payments, with authorized public institutions within the scope of legal obligations, and with technical infrastructure providers whose services are used.

6. Data Security Measures

Voyest applies up-to-date technical and administrative measures such as SSL/TLS encryption, access authorization, logging and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access to, loss of, alteration of or disclosure of personal data.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purposes and the retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation. Once these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
